At Sweeney's Pizza & Grill (Formerly Sweeney's Pizzeria), we have over 18 years of experience creating real, awesome wood fired pizza. We are passionate about using local and Italian produce to create unique and delicious flavors whilst ensuring we stick to those strict Neapolitan rules, ensuring you get quality and authenticity.  We care about where our produce comes from, that's why all our Beef is from local breeds within a 10 mile radius of The Cotton Trowel & Hammer.

Sweeney's Pizza & Grill is now based at The Cotton Trowel & Hammer where the very warmest welcome awaits. The Cotton Trowel & Hammer is a 14th century building that steeps in history.  It has original Oak beam features and 3 open fires, a huge garden and ample seating. The Pub offers a great selection of drinks to accompany any of our Pizzas, including a great wine selection, real ales and of course great lagers.
